Following her time in the Arctic, Fran traded the tranquility of the north for the vibrant energy of Toronto. Here, she continued to refine her artistic skills and develop a deeply personal approach to image making. Her quest for artistic enrichment led her to Europe in 1997, where she immersed herself in the rich artistic traditions of France and Germany, further shaping her artistic voice.
Returning to Canada in 2005, Fran settled in Vancouver, balancing motherhood, teaching, and her evolving creative pursuits.
