Joan Saló (born 1983 in Igualada, Spain) is a contemporary artist who lives and works between Berlin and Barcelona. He earned his BFA in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and studied further in Bologna, Italy. His work explores themes of time, light, shadow, and the dynamic tension between structure and gesture, often using ink and repetitive mark-making to create subtle, contemplative abstractions.
