Second edition. Small 8vo (16 x 11 cm), pp xlvi, 670, 48 adverts, 13 maps and 20 plans, Brooklyn map on p. 568 badly torn (no loss of text); publisher's green cloth cover gilt, slightly worn; overall a good copy.
