Agnes Strickland (1796-1874) was an English historical writer and poet. She is particularly remembered for her Lives of the Queens of England.
16 volumes. Bound in full green morocco leather with all edges gilt, raised bands, and gilt panels. Printed on Japanese vellum, with plates in two states.
