This mantel clock is rooted in early 19th-century French design yet timeless in its appeal. The body of the clock is finished in a lustrous black ebony, contrasted with the bronze gilded detailing that frames the base and encircles the dial. A delicately cast laurel wreath bezel surrounds the enamel face, a classic Empire motif symbolizing victory and permanence.

The clock is well-suited for placement on a mantel, console, or bookshelf. Its proportions are compact yet substantial, allowing it to function as both a timepiece and a decorative focal point.

The clock functions as normal.
