Description
Here’s a very hefty and detailed 1930s nickel-plated bronze Art Deco urn. This generously sized container has been carved and engraved with six intricate nature-inspired vignettes and boasts not one but two elephant-head handles. Each scene features a different kind of bird in the wild. The nickel-plated finish has developed a beautiful patina with age and has a wonderful gleam. The top of the urn is octagonal in shape and the edge has a Greek key engraved design. This beautiful urn/planter/vase could be utilized for a myriad of decorating possibilities and as you can see, is quite beautiful with or without contents.
