Description
This huge early brass hand hammered Hagenauer sculpture was inspired by the famous 1920’s modern dancer, Isadora Duncan. The body was hand hammered from a huge sheet of brass with hair formed of masses of coiled and compacted patinated brass wires. This sculpture is signed with the early Hagenauer mark, “WHW” inside a circle, Hagenauer Wein and Made in Austria on underside of the base.
