Victorian Classical sterling silver picture frame. Made by Cohen & Charles in London in 1900. Rectangular window in plain and flat surround mounted with open leafing scrollwork. At top, heart with pendant flower. With glass, silk lining, velvet back, and hinged silver easel support. For landscape (horizontal) display. Fully marked. Very good condition.
