Edwardian Classical sterling silver picture frame. Made by Birks in Canada, ca 1910. Rectangular surround. On front corner low-relief paterae and leafing scrollwork; at top curvilinear cartouche (vacant). Wraparound reeding. Sides plain. With glass, silk lining, and velvet back and hinged easel support for portrait (vertical) display. Fully marked including maker’s stamp. Very good condition.
