LARGE NEVERS TWO HANDLED CHINOISERIE CACHE POT
The circular tapered body painted in cobalt blue and manganese on a pale blue glazed white background depicting a Chinese garden setting with figures seated on both sides, plants and trees, and geometric designs. Two twisted rope handles. Three drilled holes in the base.
Nevers, France late 17th century, circa 1680.
