Mid Century Birch Bark Studio Pottery Planter, Europe, 1950s.

A wonderful and quintessential mid century planter in a very distinct 'birch bark' finish. European - presumable Dutch - but with an almost Japanese pottery quality over it.

Beautiful shape and proportions - wonderful little feet. Would be great on a table, desk or kitchen counter.

Great condition with one chip at one of the feet, as can be seen.
