Origin: Delft, the Netherlands
Workshop: De Porceleyne Fles (The porcelain bottle – Royal Delft)
By: Hendrikus Arnaldus Piccardt (1804-1848)
Early 19th century
A genuine blue and white tobacco jar for the storage of snuff tobacco.
The jar is inscribed Roozeguer (The spelling is wrong. It should be Rozengeur for Rose scent) and is painted in a floral cartouche.

Origin: Netherlands Period: 19th Century Materials: Delftware Condition: Good. The jar is in very good condition with the normal small chips and wear of use, according to age.
