A Fine and Large 17th Century Iron Mortar

Description
A late 17th century iron mortar of large proportions with sharply averted rim and corded, slightly tapering sides, with two lug handles, cast to either side with the cipher 'VM' beneath a crown for William and Mary, on a spreading moulded foot.
