Description
Alessandro Barbaro, artist and master glassmaker (Dorsoduro, 1936), transforms glass by playing with large-scale pieces that challenge the material's inherent fragility. His work evolves from a purely commercial production towards the construction of a figurative and conceptual language, in which his pictorial character and extraordinary technical precision in working with glass stand out above all. Currently, some of his works can be found in the Vatican Palace Museum or the Murano Glass Museum. Murano, Italy, 1970.
Every item LA Studio offers is checked by our team of 10 craftsmen in our in-house workshop. Special restoration or reupholstery requests can be done. Lighting can be electrified to the required voltage.
