This gorgeous and dramatic glass vase was realized by Andre Hunebelle- one of the most celebrated glass studios of the period- in France, circa 1930. It features an ovoid body that extends above two shoulders with textured glass, resembling frozen water. The glass offers a subtle opacity with inflections of iridescent pale blue. With its clean modernist lines and beautifully crafted glass, this piece is sure to delight discerning collectors of the period, as well as those with an appreciation for impeccable objects. Excellent condition. Signed "France" on the bottom.
