Antique French Silver Artist Palette Box Paris C.1890 Adolphe Frontin. First standard silver 950 box, hinged cover, engine turned foliate crimped cornice decoration with artist palette design on cover. Could be used for snuff, pills or trinkets. Hallmarked with French 1st standard 950 Minerva mark, eagle mark and maker's mark in lozenge for Adolphe Frontin Paris. Measures: 2.50 x 1.375 x 0.625 inches. Weight: 43.70 grams. Condition: Good.
