    Apache polychrome basketry ollas are always in high demand. This particular basket has been in a private collection for a very long time and it is very fresh to the market. It has survived the years very well, with only slight fading of the yucca (red) fibers and a few missing stitches. (The red design provided by yucca is hard to see in the photos…it is below the horizontal row of checkerboard diamonds and above the black diamonds.)
