Wonderfully patterned vase by Bonnie Rhenqvist (b. 1918) for Törngren Keramik, Falkenberg, having a classical tapering form with a carved triangular pattern and atmospheric brown and black glazing; earthenware, Sweden, 1960s, carved signature

During her four decade tenure at Törngren Keramik, Rhenqvist worked in a unique style featuring carved designs and figures and airbrushed glazing.
