An exceptional example of Italian craftsmanship, this charming miniature collection of string instruments comprises seven intricately designed pieces. Each instrument is fashioned in sterling silver and accented with gilt detailing, lending the set a rich and ornate character.

The reverse sides of the instruments display finely chased scrolling patterns, adding depth and decorative appeal to these works of art. All seven instruments are arranged atop a circular base made from beautifully patterned malachite, which rests on a lustrous vermeil (silver-gilt) plinth, enhancing the overall sense of opulence.

Underside hallmarks include the silver purity mark '800', as well as the maker's code '1125 MI', confirming the set’s Milanese origin and quality materials.

Striking in both form and finish, this miniature ensemble makes a delightful collector’s item, particularly for lovers of fine music memorabilia or decorative silverware.
