An animate vintage leather kangaroo; with her pouch as a place to safely store magazines, by Spanish design firm, Valenti, circa 1970.
A later version of this leather Kangaroo was developed by Omersa & Co., inspired by Valenti’s vintage piece. Omersa modernized the use for the pouch, suggesting it as a holder for a TV remote control, ensuring it would ‘never be lost again!’

*Valenti is a well-established design and manufacturing company based in Spain. Known for their elegant and high-quality designs, they have been producing a variety of decorative items, furniture, and lighting fixtures for decades.
The company was founded in 1798 in Menorca and has its roots in artisanal silver craftsmanship but their production encompassed a variety of materials and items, including leather goods. -
