Exceptional monumentally-scaled lidded urn by Evan Jancke-Björk (1882–1981) for Bo Fajans, having a tall ovoid form with fish form finial, glazed in a craquel white, surrounded with charming hand-painted pictures of marine flora and fauna in blue (interior glazed a pale blue); stoneware; Sweden, 1930s; impressed pottery mark, painted “Bo 3420 AK EJB”
