Edward Winter Box, Enamel, Brass, Hinged, Cleveland School, Signed. Small scale brass hinged box with an enameled top decorated with a white chevron pattern over a dark copper under glaze. Minor chip to the enamel on the left front corner of the box - photographed. The box's interior is wood lined. The underside is covered burgundy colored felt and retains the remnants of an illegible retailer's decal. Signed "Winter" and hand illustrated on the verso of the lid.
