Holdcroft Majolica square box and cover which features storks, squirrels, blossom and parrot feet. Colouration: cobalt blue, green, turquoise, are predominant. The piece bears maker's marks for the Holdcroft pottery.

Origin: England Period: 19th Century Condition: Cover: Good. No restoration. Some small flakes to panels, rim and flange. Base: Generally good. Flaking/wear around the rim in places. RESTORATION. Filled chips to all four beaks. One foot reglued and join retouched. Retouched flakes to bird's feet.
