Pair of English Neoclassical sterling silver candlesticks, 1990. Each: Vasiform socket on columnar shaft on vasiform mount; raised foot. Ovoid with fluting and reeding. Gorgeous and traditional from the end of an era—the end of the Thatcher-era, that is. Fully marked including maker’s stamp (James Dixon & Sons Ltd) and assay stamp (Sheffield). Very good condition.

Dimensions: H 11 5/8 x W 5 7/8 x D 4 5/8 in. Weighted. #CC139
