Showa Period (1926 - 1989) Bizen-ware; Bizen is one of the six ancient kilns in Japan. Wonderful opening down the front for dramatic flower arranging. Two small handles on the side. Artist mark on bottom of vase, comes with original storage box which is signed by the artist: Tomio Oota
