Description
A beautiful and decorative large vintage tin channel letter “A” made of sheet metal, painted in a vibrant yellow with red sides. It is dated around the 1960s, though it may be older. The previous owner told us that the letter came from circus signage — while we cannot confirm this, the shape and color make it seem very plausible. It might also have originated from a theater or variety show. In any case, it is a striking and decorative object in overall good condition, with a charming patina that could only develop over many decades. Dimensions: width 25", height 22", depth 4“.
