Late 19th Century Gilt Blue Glass Vase With Enamel Paintings, CZ ca. 1890

Offered by: Masterpiece Antiques

Description
Artfully crafted, late 19th century blue glass vase with beautiful gilt parts from Bohemia (Czech Republic) around 1890. This large mouthblown bohemian glass vase impresses with its elaborate decoration showing delicate golden parts with incredible looking floral enamel paintings. The elegantly shaped, beautiful cobalt blue/ dark blue body builds a fantastic contrast to the gilt parts. A very decorative piece of bohemian glass art, coming in absolute great original condition. Only the top of the vases neck shows light abrasions in the gilt section but this doesn´t affect the beatuy of this late 19th century Art Nouveau glass vase in any way.
