Longwy Art Deco French Cloisonné Ceramic Geometric Gourd Shape, Ex. Large Vase, bright color with stunning blues, classic gourd shape. Repeated floral and leaf designs with bright colors, blues, crackle cream to create a dynamic pattern rarely seen in Longwy pottery. This design intersects through the lower part of the shape. Circa the 1930s, the prize for any collection.

Longwy is well known for perfection in the detailing of the cloisonne execution as you can see clean detailing throughout the perfection of the design of this beautiful vase. The base has a beautiful triangular effect that echoes the design from the body of the vase. In excellent original condition with no restoration. Beautiful large Longwy stamp on the base.
