Marc Newson developed this luggage set by drawing parallels to his work designing durable footwear for Nike. Using advanced techniques, including laminating ballistic mesh with foam, he achieved a lightweight yet durable hybrid material that redefined luggage design. This innovative approach created a product that was neither soft nor hard, introducing a novel typology to the market.
