This striking mid-century modernist sculpture is hand-blown from Murano glass and signed by renowned artist Mario Badioli, originating from Italy during the 20th Century. The piece features an abstract portrait design that showcases Badioli's distinctive style and innovative craftsmanship. Rendered in a smoked hue with gorgeous natural forms and boldly felt body of the glass, this portrait has a well scaled and distinctive presence. An eye is rendered on one side of the bust, in a linear black glass applied over the smoked and transparent body of the sculpture.
