For offer a very rare Maserati tether car made by Experimental & Model Company, (E & M) England c.1947. The person behind the company was a Mr. Knowles, very few tether cars were offered & very little is known about the operation. The car was sold in a kit form & had to be constructed by hand. It is made from aluminum, with some steel & brass parts. The engine is an original Stentor, designed specifically for this model. All the parts of this model are original, it has not been cleaned or polished. As found condition, it was painted by the original owner, it can be stripped cleaned & polished if desired, but it is rare to find these cars in such an original condition. The tires are made by Dunlop, this is the only modification. Although this car could be raced we are selling it as a display model only. If you wish to run it, it should be operated in a safe space by an experienced person.
