Description
MOMODESIGN, an esteemed Italian company renowned for its avant-garde designs spanning fashion, accessories, and automotive adornments, originally gained prominence under its former moniker, "MOMO." Its ascent to acclaim stemmed primarily from its prowess in crafting and refining automotive interiors. However, the transition to MOMODESIGN marked a pivotal moment, merging automotive luxury with lifestyle accoutrements such as timepieces, eyewear, and motorcycle helmets.
An example of the brand's distinctive masculine aesthetic is this rare gem—a meticulously crafted attaché case fashioned from burlwood, leather, and brass. This exemplifies MOMODESIGN's trademark approach, characterized by the utilization of exotic and refined materials.
The production of this attaché case was undoubtedly limited, as our team could find no other examples. Its condition indicates limited use, showing only minor wear consistent with history. Burlwood, prized for its natural elegance, lends a handsome appeal to this piece, beautifully complemented by the cognac-hued stitched leather along its edges. The handle, wrapped in the same luxurious leather, is flanked by two functional brushed brass locking mechanisms. Upon opening, the attaché reveals a well appointed interior, offering an array of compartments meticulously designed to safeguard documents and personal effects. -

Message from Seller:
Stories exist in many forms, we see them in objects. The aesthetic of those before us is passed down through their surviving creations. These are the objects we search for; to preserve, refine, & continue the story. Object Refinery combines design obsession, fine craftsmanship, and a love for history in our worldwide search for objects. Based in Connecticut, USA; we partner with a network of local artisans to restore and refine our findings before passing them on to the next collector.
