Pair of Victorian Neoclassical sterling silver 5-light candelabra. Made by Hawksworth, Eyre & Co. Ltd in Sheffield in 1894-96. Each: Column with stop-fluting on stepped square base. Detachable arms comprising raised light on tapering fluted support mounted to spread base to which are mounted four leaf-wrapped and fluted arms, each terminating in single light with detachable concave square bobeche and wax pan. Composite Corinthian capitals. Gadrooning. Fully marked. Very good condition with nice patina.

Approximate overall dimensions: H 21 7/8 x W 13 3/4 x D 12 5/8 in. Total weight (arms only): 125 troy ounces. Bases weighted. #CA152
