Description
A planetarium model created by F. Cambier for IVAC, Brussels, Belgium, c.1935. The model is constructed from painted metal & has wooden attached planets. The solar system can be rotated. The model is in very good condition with no damages. Base has some chrome loss to stem & label has some minor scratches. Metal circular chart has one small black mark near 'C3' (See photos.) Overall near mint condition. This planetarium was designed as an educational tool for schools, but it makes an incredible decorative object for a home, office, library of den.
