Unique piece - Yellow Net Vase - is an early work by Simone Crestani dated 2012 -
Simone Crestani is an artist, a designer, and a glassblowing master. He was born in Marostica, in the region of Venice, where he still lives and works. The privilege of living near Venice, a glass capital, has given him the opportunity to make frequent visits to Venetian glass masters. He started working with glass in 2000 as Massimo Lunardon’s apprentice, during which time he mastered different techniques of flameworking. He is represented by galleries in Paris, Milan, and New York City.
