Description
Staffordshire pottery figure which features a spaniel, recumbent directly on the ground, no base. Black and white version. Dull gilt collar and locket. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Vent hole to the underside. Similar style illustrated in 'A-Z of Staffordshire Dogs' by Clive Mason Pope, page 105.
