Description
Hand-built ceramic vase with a sculptural, asymmetrical form and an irregular torn rim, made by The Terry Pottery in Norwell, Massachusetts. The surface shows three vertical glaze bands—black, sandy brown, and off-white—each with natural speckling and texture. The vase is stamped with the workshop mark and still has its original label. A unique and expressive piece of American studio pottery with a strong, modern, slightly brutalist look.
