A late 19th century antique Russian Karabagh rug, the dark blue field with intricate vines and blossoms overall around overblown blossom bouquets within a gold and yellow European-inspired scrolling vinery inner border and an outer green stripe. Nowadays oriental rugs caucasian from Central Asia are gaining more and more attention.
