Antique Persian Tabriz Copper, Terracotta and Camel Handmade Wool Rug

$ 6,000
  • Description
    An antique Tabriz rug from the famous textile-manufacturing city of Tabriz, in the North Westt of Iran, boasts one of the antique carpet weaving centers and produces a huge diversity of all types of carpets, characterized by having an especially fine knot density (indicative of high quality of hand-knotted rugs). This particular Persian rug displays a rich palette reliant on copper tones, terracotta and camel-beige, with subtle touches of ivory. The design is inspired by nature, with stylized trees inside a floral border.
