A mid-century Finland flat-weave wool rug by Margareta Ahlstedt Willand dating back to circa 1960. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The composition displays stripes and rectangles of various sizes decorated with geometric pattern enclosed with an ample geometric border. The rug is rendered in light pink, salmon, brick, beige, brown, taupe and yellow. The Scandinavian style enchants with its unpretentious elegance.
