An early 20th century North Indian botanic design carpet with an overall palmette lozenge trellis containing lush floral motifs and meandering angular floral vines enclosed with a border of stylized palmettes and delicate flower-heads among them. The rug is rendered in faded shades of oranges, beiges, brown, salmon pink, yellow with contrasting navy blue hues.
