Description
This hand-woven Swedish rug has a shaded blue, taupe and purple-brown field with horizontal bands of polychrome small lozenges surrounding wide bands containing large serrated linked lozenges each containing further similar leaf motifs. Signed by the weaving studio and master weaver, MMF for Märta Måås-Fjetterström and BN for Barbro Nilsson.
