Description
An early 20th century Persian Kirman carpet, the faded green field having a rich pattern of enlarged palmettes, flower-heads, scrolling angular leafy vines, arabesque, and other floral motifs. All of this is held in place by a multiple border of meandering floral vines and botanic patterns with flowers, leaves and palmettes. Colors include beige, brown, camel, ivory and greens.
