Description
Khotan rugs were originally produced in East Turkestan and are interchangeably referred to as Samarkand rugs due to their close proximity to the cultural city center of the same name. This contemporary hand-knotted wool Samarakand rug features a repeating and symmetrical Pomegranate pattern flanked by with a triple border of Asian Motifs. The rug is rendered in soothing color palette of warm beige and blue.
