A Swedish flat-weave wool rug by Agda Osterbergdating dating back to circa 1949. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The rug displays geometric design consisting of a grid of rectangles, strips, crosses and other geometric shapes enclosed with a geometric border. The rug is rendered in yellow, blue, purple, green, black, beige and light orange. The Scandinavian style enchants with its unpretentious elegance.
