A mid-century, Swedish flatweave wool rug made by Ingegerd Silow with woven initials (IS) at a corner. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The stylized rectangles arranged in the shape of a wide border are the main focus of the otherwise geometric design. Its masterfully composed color palette is filled with shades of blue, aqua-blue and beige.
