A mid-century Swedish flat woven wool rug by Sveker Greuholm with woven initials (SG) at a corner. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. It features a geometric design consistent with the simplicity characteristic to Scandinavian style. It alternates stylized floral elements and solid geometric shapes in earthy tones of brown, beige, blue and sage-green with dusty-pink and ivory accents. The Scandinavian style enchants with its unpretentious elegance.
