A vintage Swedish pile rug dating back to circa 1950. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The rug displays a geometric design of a stepped pattern on a delicate background of flower vines, enclosed by a border of diagonal stripes. The color palette is consists of taupe, beige, pink, yellow, brown and ivory. The Scandinavian style enchants with its uniqueness and unpretentious elegance.
