Sometimes all we need in a rug is a simplistic elegance and this can be easily found in this exquisite piece. Hand woven using extremely durable goat hair, the carpet boasts an effortless beauty, which can only be find in true masterpieces. Its pattern might be simple, but technique used to create it is not. By experimenting with different lengths of the pile the weaver achieved a design that immediately charms one's heart. Crisscrossed lines in the middle of the rug seem to defy the rules of symmetry, as if they were trying to rebel and show off their originality. The color palette consists of one, but masterfully chosen hue. Light brown helps to highlight the form of design, while balancing it out with softness and elegance.
