Eric Hildebrandt took a photograph of someone taking a SELFIE – if you look at it as orientated here you can see an iPhone in their hand. First, the original shot was out of focus, then Hildebrandt added digital blurring and other manipulations, then worked with the yarns to develop the final design and color palettes.
